Wine Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our wine subscription service! By signing up for our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Plan:

▪ Our wine subscription service offers quarterly wine box deliveries.

▪ Each box will contain a selection of premium wines curated by our sommelier team.



▪ The number of bottles per box and the types of wines may vary from quarter to quarter.



▪ You have the option to choose between a different subscription package.



2. Subscription Period and Renewal:

▪ Your subscription will commence on the date of your first order.



▪ The subscription is billed and renewed on a quarterly basis.



▪ Your subscription will automatically renew each quarter unless you choose to cancel or modify your plan.



3. Billing and Payment:

▪ The subscription fee for your selected plan will be charged to the payment method you provide upon sign-up.



▪ Payments are due on the same day of each quarter as your initial sign-up date.



▪ If your payment is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription until the payment is resolved.



4. Shipping and Delivery:

▪ We will ship your wine box to the address you provide during sign-up.



▪ Delivery times may vary depending on your location and subscription period. We deliver every 3 months in June, September, December and March. .



▪ It is your responsibility to ensure that someone 21 years of age or older is available to receive the delivery.



5. Cancellation and Modifications:

▪ You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team at info@puralegriawines.com.



▪ If you cancel your subscription after the 5th of the delivery month, you will not receive a refund for that quarter's box.



▪ You may change your subscription plan or update your delivery address by contacting our customer service team.



6. Age Requirement:

▪ You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in our wine subscription service.



▪ By signing up, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.



7. Liability:

▪ We are not responsible for any damages or issues that may arise from the consumption of the wines provided in your subscription boxes.



▪ We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the wine subscription service at any time without prior notice.
