The winery's vineyards thrive in the unique albariza soils, cultivating indigenous grape varieties like Palomino and Moscatel. This terroir imparts distinctive characteristics to their wines, which include the Esencia de la Torre range and the sparkling Galantería Brut, crafted using the traditional champenoise method.
